Barnaby, how would you feel about expanding the title/purpose of this tribe to modernist lit ior modernism (to include visual art, architecture, music, etc) nstead of just modernist poetry?
Oddly, there doesn't seem to be one of those, just a lot of sub-tribes. Oddly, there doesn't seem to be one, unless it belongs to somebody who never associates with any of the tribes associated here. I should probably double-check, but I'm too sleepy,

Re: Modernism?
Tue, January 23, 2007 - 12:36 PMWhat a great idea, Shannon! While I feel pretty secure in my knowledge of what constitutes modernist poetry and literature in general, I'm much less certain about how modernism played out in the other arts, particularly the visual arts and music. This just might spur me on to do a little research and learn something new.
(P.S. and OT: I owe you a letter and you owe me some juicy gossip! ;-))
